Logs and bulk actions
Static customers don’t log in, so there’s no login log like PPPoE or hotspot has. Instead ISPMan records every change it makes on a router for a static customer, and the router reports how much data each customer used.
Recent Logs (router actions)
Section titled “Recent Logs (router actions)”Statics → Recent Logs (/dashboard/statics/recent_logs) shows Recent Static Connection
Logs: the connect and disconnect operations sent to routers for static customers, newest first.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Customer / Account | Who it was for. Click through to their page. |
| IP | The customer’s fixed IP. |
| Device | The router it was sent to. |
| Action | What was done, for example allowing the IP, setting the speed queue, or disconnecting. |
| Outcome | Whether it worked. |
| When | When it happened. |
Filter by Action or Outcome to find failures quickly.
Recent Accounting (usage)
Section titled “Recent Accounting (usage)”Statics → Recent Accounting (/dashboard/statics/recent_accounting) shows Recent Static
Session Logs: usage sessions reported by the router over the last 20 days, newest first. Columns
are Customer, Account, IP, Started, Stopped, Updated, Uploaded and Downloaded. Times are shown in
your ISP’s time zone.
The same usage, for one customer, is under RADIUS Accounting Logs on their page.
When a router action fails
Section titled “When a router action fails”A router action fails most often because the router was offline or unreachable. ISPMan retries on its own for a while, then stops and marks the customer as failed.
- Use the Failed tab on Statics → Customers to see who is affected.
- Make sure the router is back online in Devices.
- Click Retry router on a customer’s page, or use Retry Failed in bulk (below).
The customer page’s Last Router Action card and Connection Jobs table show what was attempted and when.
Bulk actions
Section titled “Bulk actions”Click Bulk Actions on Statics → Customers (/dashboard/statics/bulk-actions). You need
write access.
-
Filter the table to the customers you want and tick them. Your selection is kept across pages (“N selected. Selection persists across pages.”).
-
Choose an Action:
Action What it does Assign Package Moves the selected customers to a package. Assign Device Moves them to a router device. Renew (extend days) Adds a number of Days to each subscription. Activate / Deactivate Activates or deactivates the customers. Retry Failed Retries the last failed router action for each one. Delete Deletes the selected customers. -
Fill in the extra field if asked (package, device or days) and click Run on N. Clear empties the selection.
