Finding customers
Use the Customers area when someone calls and you need to find them fast, or when you want a list to follow up on. Every table here can be filtered by column, and your filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered list or share it with a colleague.
All Customers
Section titled “All Customers”Customers → All Customers (/dashboard/customers/all) is a single list of every Hotspot,
PPPoE and Static customer, most recently seen first.
| Column | Notes |
|---|---|
| Type | Hotspot, PPPoE or Static. Filter on it to see one service. |
| Name, Phone, Email, Username | Type part of a value in the filter box to search. |

| Status | Active or Inactive for PPPoE and static customers. |
| Connected | Connected or Disconnected right now. |
| Last Seen | When the customer was last online, or Never. |

New Customers
Section titled “New Customers”Customers → New Customers (/dashboard/customers/new) lists Hotspot, PPPoE and Static
customers who registered in the last 7, 15 or 30 days. Pick the period with the
buttons at the top. The columns match All Customers.
Use it to welcome new customers, check installations were completed, or see how a promotion is doing.
Inactive
Section titled “Inactive”Customers → Inactive (/dashboard/customers/inactive) lists customers who have been online
before but haven’t been seen for more than 7, 15 or 30 days. The Days Inactive
column shows how long it has been.
Customers who have never been online don’t appear here; look in New Customers for those.
Use this list for win-back calls or SMS campaigns, and to find PPPoE accounts you may want to deactivate so they stop counting towards your bill (see PPPoE).
Hotspot and PPPoE lists
Section titled “Hotspot and PPPoE lists”- Customers → Hotspot (
/dashboard/customers/hotspot): Payment Wallet, Phone Number, Email, Device Type, Router Device, Package, MAC Address, Balance, Connection, Last Seen and Active Connects. Has Refresh and Export to Excel. - Customers → PPPoE (
/dashboard/customers/pppoe): Payment Wallet, Name, Phone Number, E-Mail, Package, Device and Active. Has Export to Excel.
The quick Customers page (/dashboard/customers) shows a short version of both, on
PPPoE and Hotspot tabs. Click Expand to open the full list.
For day-to-day work on a single service, the service’s own pages have more tools, such as the PPPoE status and expiry tabs or the static customer filters. See PPPoE, Hotspot and Statics.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”Export to Excel on the Hotspot and PPPoE lists downloads every customer of that type as an Excel file. The hotspot export includes wallet balances and active connects; the PPPoE export includes package, speed, price, expiry date and status, device, location, account number and username. Exports contain customer personal data, so store and share them carefully.
