Welcome to ISPMan

ISPMan is a dashboard for running an internet business. It brings your routers, your customers, your packages and the money you collect into one place, so you can sell internet, get paid and keep people online without juggling spreadsheets, Winbox sessions and M-Pesa statements.

You use it at ispman.tech/dashboard from any browser, on a laptop or a phone.

ISPMan is built for ISP owners and their staff: people who run WiFi hotspots, PPPoE home and business connections, or fixed-IP links, usually on MikroTik or Ruijie equipment, and who collect payments through mobile money such as M-Pesa.

You can run one business or several from the same login, and invite your team with roles that limit what each person can see and change.

Area What you do there
Hotspot Sell time- or data-based packages through a captive portal. Customers pick a package, pay, and get online without your help. See Hotspot.
PPPoE Run monthly subscriptions for homes and businesses, with packages, invoices, expiry and reconnection. See PPPoE.
Statics Manage fixed-IP customers and their subscriptions. See Statics.
Customers One view of everyone across hotspot, PPPoE and statics: new, inactive and all customers. See Customers.
Devices Add and monitor MikroTik, Ruijie and Teltonika routers, OLTs, WireGuard tunnels and TR-069 devices, and see your live network map. See Devices.
Payments & wallets See every payment received, match payments, manage wallets and withdraw your earnings. See Payments.
Sales & promos Run campaigns, vouchers, loyalty points, captive portal adverts and quizzes. See Sales & promos.
Comms Send SMS and email, handle customer support tickets and app calls. See Communication.
Marketplace Buy capacity, equipment, SMS bundles and technician time, or sell equipment, where the Marketplace is available for your business. See Marketplace.
Inventory Track stock such as routers and cable, and approve stock requests. See Inventory.
Account & settings Your team, branding, settings, your ISPMan bill, alerts, reports and the AI Assistant. See Account & settings.

You don’t have to use everything. If you only run hotspots, you can hide PPPoE, Statics and the other services you don’t offer from your menus. See Dashboard tour.

A typical setup works like this:

  1. You connect a router to ISPMan. ISPMan then handles customer logins, sessions and usage for that router.
  2. You create packages (for example Daily 2Mbps for hotspot, or Basic 5Mbps monthly for PPPoE) and set their prices.
  3. You connect a payment method so customers can pay you directly, for example an M-Pesa Paybill or Till.
  4. Customers pay and get connected. When a payment comes in, ISPMan matches it to the customer and connects them. When their package runs out, they are disconnected until they pay again.
  5. You watch and grow. The Home page, Reports and Trends show who is online, what you have earned and where things are going wrong.
